I'm here to share some information about e-invoicing in QuickBooks Online.
QuickBooks now allows you to receive online payments on your invoices using Razorpay. You can connect your existing Razorpay account or sign up for a new account and connect it to your QuickBooks company file.
To start, let's set up your Razorpay account. Let me show you how:
- Choose + New.
- Click Invoice.
- In a new Invoice, you will see the option to make online payments. Tap Setup now.
- A decision box will emerge asking whether you want to leave without saving. Hit Yes.
- You will be directed to a Razorpay QuickBooks integration page. Tick one in the Connect your Razorpay Account section to create a new Razorpay account. If you already have an account with Razorpay, select Let's get started and skip to the section named Connect Razorpay to QuickBooks
- To sign up, you will be redirected to the Razorpay website. Enter your email ID.
- Follow the instructions and tap Create Account.
- Follow the prompts and fill in the required contact details.
- You will be prompted to verify your email address.
- Once you have verified your email address, fill in the required business details and hit Save & continue.
