With regards to recording historical tax payments, I would recommend getting in touch with our Support team. That way, they can guide you through the process. They can also start a screen-sharing session if necessary.
Here's how to reach them:
- Click on Help and type something like record historical VAT payment.
- If there are suggested topics, select No, I still need help.
- Choose Contact Support Team.
- Choose Chat.
