Hello there, chennaisenthil.
Let me guide you in the right direction on how to successfully save your GSTR-1 on the GST portal.
We make sure our customers have the best experience when using QuickBooks Online (QBO). This includes GST-related data.
To use this newly launched enhancement, there are a few steps you’ll have to follow when filing your tax return. I’m here to guide you on how to do this in QuickBooks.
Note: Clicking the Run report menu before saving it is an essential step. If this is not done, you may end up saving the wrong data on the GST portal.
Once done, submit your tax return. Tap here for detailed instructions and perform the steps in the Click Run report up to step 4.
Please note that some of the information won’t be captured by QuickBooks. That’s why you’ll have to manually enter them directly into the GST portal, including tables 10, 11, 13.
If none of these suggestions work, I appreciate it if you can share some details about the issue. This way, I can look into this further and check for any existing issues.
