How to turn off tax setting from Quickbooks simple

Hi there!

 

I’m happy to share my thoughts about your sales tax concern. This way you can process all your sales tax correctly.

 

Turning off the automated sales tax in QuickBooks Online is unavailable.

 

Disabling the Manual Sales Tax on the other hand, is only possible if no transaction was created that includes sales tax. Here’s how:

  1. Go to the Sales Tax Center from the Taxes menu.
  2. Click the Edit Sales tax settings under Related Tasks.
  3. On the Do you charge sales tax? question, select No.
  4. Hit Save.
