At this time, only the UK version of QuickBooks Online (QBO) can manage a flat-rate VAT scheme. However, you can run and customise the VAT Detail report to view the VAT Code and VAT Rate used in a transaction. Here's how:

Please note that Switzerland gives the possibility of a flat rate VAT, too. It may be useful to extend this UK feature to CH versions as well.
