We can go to the Custom Form Styles page and ensure to enable the GSTIN. Let me walk you through the steps on how to do it:
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Select the Custom Form Styles tab.
- Click Edit and choose the Content page.
- From the right section, click the pencil icon to open the custom form.
- Tick the Customer GSTIN checkbox.
Also, please ensure that you've added the GSTIN numbers to the Tax Center.
