I'd be glad to help you enter accounts and reconcile transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO), rickloyst.
If your account is connected to online banking, the program will download your transactions up to a certain date, 90 days is the industry standard. To get the older one, we'll have to manually upload them into the program.
You can start by signing in to your bank's website and follow their instructions to download your transactions as QBO, CSV, or QFX format. Once the file is formatted correctly, follow these steps to import them.
After that, let's categorize your transactions so they'll be added to your books. Furthermore, be sure to enter or edit your opening balance in QBO as needed if you haven't done it yet. Once everything's set, you're now ready to reconcile your account seamlessly.
