How do I get GST Invoice for QuickBooks Subscription?
I did submit GSTIN while making payment. Even my company information has GSTIN registered.
Invoice number: 25501144428
Invoice date: 01/01/2021
You got me here, @jd4u.
I'll help get your GST added to your invoices. Since you've already registered your GST, you'll want to add your GSTIN detail in QuickBooks. All required GST rates and agency will be setup for you automatically. Here's how to make your invoice GST compliant.
1. Enabling customer GSTIN in the printed invoice.
2. Enabling HSN/SAC column in the printed invoice.

@ShiellaGraceA You got my question wrong!!!
1. I purchased QuickBooks Pro Subscription from QuickBooks India.
2. While making payment, billing information was submitted along with my company's GSTIN number.
3. While receiving invoice from QuickBooks India, the invoice is not reflecting the given GSTIN number.
4. Without my company GSTIN number, GST Claim cannot be done by my company.
There is no option to contact QuickBooks to resolve this issue.
Anyway, please let me know whom shall I contact to get GST Invoice where my company's GSTIN number is present on it to claim GST input.
Thank you.
Thanks for coming back here to the Community, @jd2021.
Allow me to share with you about the GSTIN number is not reflecting in the invoice in QuickBooks Online.
The GSTIN number in QuickBooks Online for India is not set up as a default. To show up the said number in the invoice, you'll need to customize the template first. That's what my colleague presented above.

Let me give more information.
- I'm not looking for GSTIN issues within my account in QuickBooks Online software.
- I'm noting for the GSTIN issue, in the invoice received FROM QuickBooks India.
- Please read my earlier message along with above two point.
Thanks for sharing some clarifications about the issue you're getting, @jd2021,
This just made everything make sense. Since the issue you're having is related to the invoice from buying the product, this needs to be handled by the sales team.

My problem is not yet solved. And now getting message that there is no open case existing.....
Case : [removed]
I'm not understanding what's the problem with such a large company. I can understand there shall be processes to work smoothly. But if the processes become a hurdle in solving simple problem, are they of any value to business or its customers?!!!!
Just to note: I've stopped subscription of QuickBooks because I find that QuickBooks not reliable to solve any problem once it arise. This is based on experience since July 2018.
Anyway, please guide me where or whom to contact to resolve this simple issue.
Waiting to get correct guidance or corrected invoice within a week.
Hi @jd2021,
I appreciate you for getting in touch with us about the data you need. I would feel the same way too in that situation if I'm unable to process the GST Claim.
If only I have the necessary tools, I would be able to help you further with the issue. However, the Community is a public forum.
To check if a customized invoice that includes your GSTIN is possible, you'll need to contact the Chat Support Team. They are the only ones who can pull up your account and be able to view the subscriptions tied to it.
Here's how:
Additionally, I recommend visiting the following article to learn how to check your payment history directly in the product: View your QuickBooks Online payment history.
Drop me a comment below if you have any other questions related to your QuickBooks subscription. I'll be happy to help you some more.
I have been chatting with Chat Support since 4th Jan. Now is that chat support person has closed the ticket saying the case is escalated and closing ticket. Its been a week no one from escalation executive has given response.
This is the last invoice that has problem. Earlier invoices paid yearly had my GSTIN on invoice. If QuickBooks System has issue, it should be resolved in one month!!!
Anyway, I will try the chat again on Monday. But if any other way I can contact any higher authority in QuickBooks, please let me know. I will remain calm again for one week. I will find a way to publish my experience to seek some attention from authorities in QuickBooks.
