To my knowledge, QBO does not yet meet ZATCA Phase 2 standards. You should consider switching to another accounting app.

QuickBooks Online (QBO) does not currently have a built-in feature for ZATCA Phase 2 compliance. However, there are ZATCA-certified connector solutions specifically designed for QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop. These tools act as a bridge between your QuickBooks account and ZATCA’s system, supporting XML invoice generation, real-time validation, QR code generation, and seamless integration with ZATCA’s portal.
