I was the manager of two subscriptions, awfully sorry there is no help exists for our ZATCA VAT
Hello there, Hamdi labib. Thanks for adding screenshots.
The system does not currently have the structure of the specified invoice template that complies with Saudi Arabia's new electronic invoicing and VAT standards. I'd recommend looking for a third-party application that helps you with the VAT Zatca. You can check out the apps that are compatible with QuickBooks from there.

Which 3rd party app are you referring to?
Qrify
If you are still interested in using QBO, you can open a trial account.

then utilize this invoicing app for free to comply with your tax regulation.
then utilize a 3rd party connector to mirror the data back to QBO.
