If you're experiencing one of the following situation:

 

  • you are unable to make an online payment
  • you have run into issues with the activation code or
  • the file hasn't been activated despite successful application of activation code.

I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Care Team by sending an e-mail from https://contactus.intuit.com/en_IN/contact (click Subscription and Billing in section 2 and thereafter click Email in section 3).

I'd like to know more about this, though. What are you referring to with the request? Are you also trying to renew your subscription?
