Eligibility: This offer is eligible to accountants and accounting firms (“Accountant customers”) who are new to QuickBooks Online Plus (“QBO”) and have registered QBO. Offer is valid only to Accountant customers legally based in Malaysia, is non-transferable to another client, company or individual, not refundable, and cannot be combined with any other Intuit offer. The offer requires active subscriptions for the entire duration of the 24 month period and cannot be upgraded or downgraded without losing the offer discount.
Pricing: Eligible Accountant customers from June 15 through 31 July 2022 will be entitled to purchase QuickBooks Online Plus (“QBO”) at a promotional discount of 70% off the current retail price for the first 24 months of the service starting at the date of enrollment when they buy in bundles of three (3) (“Bundle Offer”). At the end of the 24 months, the discount will end and the subscription will revert to the then-current monthly price set by Intuit (“Standard Price”). Standard price subject to change at any time at Intuit’s sole discretion. All prices are quoted inclusive of sales tax. If you add or remove services, your service fees will be adjusted accordingly.
Billing & Cancellation: The Accountant customers will automatically be charged on a monthly basis on the billing enrollment date for the active QBO subscription until the subscription is terminated. Payment is due, in full, immediately upon monthly invoicing. To cancel your subscription at any time go to Account & Settings in QBO and select “Cancel.” Your cancellation will become effective at the end of the monthly billing period. You will not receive a pro-rated refund; your access and subscription benefits will continue for the remainder of the billing period. Should such canceled subscription(s) be reactivated, the price for that subscription(s) will revert to the then-current Standard Price. Cannot be partially cancelled, upgraded or downgraded without losing this offer discount.
QuickBooks Online requires a persistent internet connection (a high-speed connection is recommended) and a computer with a supported Internet browser or a mobile phone with a supported operating system (see System Requirements). Network fees may apply. Data access is subject to cellular/internet provider network availability and occasional downtime due to system and server maintenance and events beyond your control. Note that we may modify the amount of storage space you have through the Services and the number of times (and the maximum duration for which) you may access the Services in a given period of time.
