The Accounting Agent uses business data you provide to make tailored recommendations. To get started, connect your business bank accounts and credit cards so data moves automatically into QuickBooks. Or, if you prefer, upload bank statements and our AI will extract that data for you.

To help the agent continue learning your business, categorize a few transactions to your books or let a trusted expert categorize them for you. This helps the agent learn your business and make even more accurate and tailored recommendations over time.

If you’re on an Essentials or higher plan, your agent will help communicate and collaborate with your accountant as the accountant does your books. If you’re on a Plus or higher plan, the agent will reconcile your books each month and flag possible anomalies in your balance sheet and profit and loss.
