For the meantime, to help resolve the problem, you can perform a manual refresh into your bank account. Here’s what you’ll need to do:
- Click Banking from the left menu.
- Click the Update button from the upper right hand.
Once done, kindly repeat the same steps for at least 3 times and another in the next 24 hours to allow the bank to regain its connection.
