When you recently changed your online banking credentials, you must also update the bank information in QuickBooks. Here’s how:
- Go to Bank transactions
- Choose the tile for the bank account and hit the Edit ✎ icon.
- Select Edit sign-in info.
- Update your info as needed.

You can also set up bank rules to automatically categorize transactions after you download them from your bank.
