We can use the Audit log feature to recover its details and re-enter it. Here's how:
- Go to the Gear (⚙) icon at the upper right.
- Select Audit Log under Tools.
- Choose the appropriate User, Date, and Events from the Filter drop-down menu.
- Locate the deleted transaction, and under the History column, tap View.
- Go to the Event column to see all the information needed for the transaction.
- Re-enter the transaction then Save once done.
When your client accepts the quote, you can convert it into an invoice. The system will automatically mark it as Closed afterward.
