Wow.
This is poor.
So you want us to ring your partners (accountants) to be charged more to undo multiple transactions?
May I ask, what's the percentage of time billed that QBO receives for sending this business their way?
The more I use this programme, the more I realise why it's better to simply pay more for something that offers the functionality to actually meet my accounting needs.
I am finding QBO makes little logical sense in many things. However, I note that many of these issues seem to benefit the company in some way - sacrificing functionality for QBO's own internal purposes, clearly disadvantaging end users.
From not being able to send client invoices from your own email address to this clunky, costly work around to a common problem, poorly addressed.
My client refuses to move to yet another accounts programme, but I will be nixing any future clients wanting to use this system.
Poorly (sneakily) designed and poorly administered. Well done QBO, you have now managed to overtake even MYOB for poor form and and even worse customer 'service.'
It really is worth firing a client to be rid of you.
