My new client uses an external program to track her hours and time with her own clients. The online program is called Careview. We can export these hours as a CSV file, but I can not figure out how to import them into her account to show as her own client hours for her billing purposes.

In QuickBooks Online, you can import the following list using a CSV file format. To import the list click on the Settings icon and click on Import Data. Here's the list you can import:

• Bank Data
• Customers
• Suppliers
• Chart of Accounts
• Products and Services
• Invoices
• Bills
• Journal Entries

Furthermore, you should be able to create an invoice and unbilled time in QBO and have the unbilled time shown on your right-hand side if it is connected to the customer's details.
