My new client uses an external program to track her hours and time with her own clients. The online program is called Careview. We can import these hours as a CSV file?

In QuickBooks Online, you can import the following list using a CSV file format. To import the list click on the Settings icon and click on Import Data. Here's the list you can import:

• Bank Data
• Customers
• Suppliers
• Chart of Accounts
• Products and Services
• Invoices
• Bills
• Journal Entries

Furthermore, you should be able to create an invoice and unbilled time in QBO and have the unbilled time shown on your right-hand side if it is connected to the customer's details.
