Can I accept card payments through square rather than Paypal? So, have a 'Pay Now' button on my invoices?

I appreciate you for adding your first post, @sinead-kelly-wel. I have some details about accepting credit card payments in QuickBooks Online (QBO). I'm glad to share them with you.

At this time, PayPal is the only merchant option for payments in QBO AU wherein you can send invoices that customers can pay anywhere, anytime, on any device. You may sync the Square app with QuickBooks. However, the Pay Now button won't be available for your invoices. It'll just import your sales transactions as invoices and payments automatically.

If you are running a service company, you can utilize a proposal management app to integrate with QBO and accept payments by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover (Domestic), JCB, UnionPay, and Direct Debit.
