If you are referring to deleting the templates you created under "Custom Form Styles", you can delete them by clicking on the downward pointing arrow right next to "Edit", or "Preview PDF" if it's an imported style, then click on "Delete".

I tried following these instructions, but the arrow for the drop down menu does not offer anything, it simply opens and editing window. Please advise.
