Just like transactions from any other apps or banks, QuickBooks will not modify or override the transaction dates. There must be a setting in your CRM software that needs to be adjusted. Did you create that CRM or it's developed by other companies?
If you developed the software, please repost this question to the Intuit Developers Community. They are the ones who can help you regarding the transfer of data. Here, we can only category to questions from end-product users, not something related to the API or any transfer of data from an app you developed. If you bought the CRM from other companies, please reach out to their providers.
You can run an Invoice List report if you want to check all of the invoices you've imported. Just go to Reports and search for Invoice list in the Who owes you section.
