You can reach out to them by clicking the Help button located in the top-right corner of your QuickBooks Online account and selecting the Assistant tab to receive assistance from the QB Assistant. After that, simply enter your inquiry and choose either Chat with us or Have us call you.
In the meantime, you can manually send the invoice outside of QuickBooks:
- Download the invoice and save it as a PDF.
- Print the document or attach the PDF to an email.
- Send it directly to your customer via mail or email.
