these customers i have for years and emails are definately correct i can send to myself ok and then forward on but invoices wont go directly ?
You can contact our Live Support Team to investigate potential issues with delivery settings or email configurations related to your invoices, Norm12. They have the tools to troubleshoot and resolve any technical glitches.
You can reach out to them by clicking the Help button located in the top-right corner of your QuickBooks Online account and selecting the Assistant tab to receive assistance from the QB Assistant. After that, simply enter your inquiry and choose either Chat with us or Have us call you.
In the meantime, you can manually send the invoice outside of QuickBooks:
