Hello, mattcol18,
Let me help share information about the pay now button feature.
QuickBooks integrate with hundreds of third-party software developers.
When it comes to integrating and processing transactions, it would be best to contact the third-party application provider since the transactions that sync and created into your QuickBooks Online account depends from the third party app on how it works. They can guide and walk you through on how to handle transactions.
To give you additional information about the pay now button feature, you can read this article: Create an invoice your customer can pay online.

If there’s anything else you need help with in managing your transactions, feel free to reach back out. Have a great day!

Hi ,
Thank you for accepting my call earlier and it was a pleasure talking to you. I understand that you need assistance regarding adding a Pay now button and also allowing bank feed integration with Qucikbooks. I’m happy to assist you in this regard.
Your questions :
Hi in QuickBooks can you please
1. liaise with QB developer team to add a <Pay Now> button in QB sales invoice?
2. allow bank feed integration with QB?
Based on the suggestion from our technical team, the only capabilities we can do with Quickbook that is related to Stripe are as listed here:
https://stripe.com/docs/reports/quickbooks
The above covers mostly for reporting. That said, your questions seem to fit in Quickbooks’s capabilities on their end. I wish I could be of a bit more help here, but since Quickbooks built their integration with Stripe, they’ll be best able to help you with this directly.
You can get in touch with Quickbooks through their support page:
https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contact
I hope this guidance was helpful and clear. If you need further assistance with anything regarding your account, please let me know. I’d be more than happy to help.
Best regards,
Tony
