How can I get my bank visa card feed reinitiated after the bank changed my VISA card. Techsupport tell me there's a form to complete, by from where?

I'll guide you how to download the Client Authority Form (CAF), antstraw.

You'll have to fill out this form for Intuit to connect your bank account with QuickBooks Online (QBO). Once we received the form, it will usually takes up to 10 business days.

To download the form:

1. Go Banking and choose the Banking tab.
2. Look for the message "It's time to improve how you get your transactions" and click on the Get a better connection link.
3. Enter your account name, BSB, and account number.
4. Print and hand-sign the form. If there are two signatories, both signatories will need to sign the form. If more than two, then all signatories need to sign the form.

If you are looking to update your billing details within the payroll system for your KeyPay subscription please use the steps below:

1. Select the Employees tab
2. Select Payroll Settings
3. Under the Business Management column then select Subscription
4. Below under your Current Plan, please select the option that says Enter Payment Information or Edit Payment Information. 
5. Then hit Save

Welcome to QuickBooks Community, Recycle2021. I'll share different steps to ensure you're able to change the VISA credit card number in QuickBooks Online.

If you mean to update your credit card information or payment method for your QuickBooks Online subscription, you can go to the Account and settings page. From there, you'll have the option to see the Billing Subscription and change or edit the CC number from there.

Here's how:

1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online as the Master or Company Admin.
2. Go to the Gear ⚙ icon and select Account and Settings.
3. From the left menu, choose Billing Subscription tab.
4. Select Edit beside your payment method.
5. Update your credit card info. Make sure the address in QuickBooks is the same as the one on your credit card statement.
6. Hit Confirm card or Save once everything’s good.

If you're referring to change the credit card bank account that is connected to Online banking in QuickBooks Online, you'll have first to disconnect the previous account connected to online banking. This way, the account will be removed and you can replace a new one so the entries are updated. Please follow the steps below on how to disconnect.

1. Go to the Banking menu at the left panel. Then, select the Banking tab.
2. Select the tile for the bank account.
3. Choose the pencil icon. Then, select Edit account info.
4. Select the Disconnect this account on save checkbox. Note: If QuickBooks is downloading new transactions, you won't see this option. Wait a few minutes for the update to finish and try again.
5. Hit Save and Close.
