Maybe I will break it down into pieces.

Why do the employees of this chat not just answer the question? And you wonder why all this reading is a waste of our time.

Here is how it works.

Create your invoice and click "send later". This simply adds a tag to the invoice so you can find it later. That is it. No sending.

When you want to send, click on Sales > All Sales  

Select from the dropdown Delivery Method and choose Send Later.

You can click the top checkbox and under Batch Options and Send

This is all it does.

Let me correct the list of QB team members responses so you have the correct answers.

@sal74 I would be interested if this data is actually correct. Did your customer actually see the invoice if it was not sent out? I have seen this too and I know the client has not seen it.
