In the drop down menu there is no option to make a credit memo ( note) i can only make a delayed credit

This transaction type has a different term in other regions, o.collinshennink.

For QuickBooks Online used in Australia, Credit Memo/Note is referred to as Adjustment Note. So when you click on the Plus icon, just select Adjustment Note to create the transaction.

But if you still can't find this option, you can follow these troubleshooting steps:

1. Access QBO in a private browser to check if the Adjustment Note is available there.
2. If you see it, go back to regular browsing and clear the cache.
3. You can also switch to a different browser to create this transaction.
