I've got some resolutions to ensure the Send Invoice icon appears in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app, John.
If you've already sent the invoice, you'll no longer see the Send Invoice icon. That said, you'll want to manually send it to your customers by tapping the Three-dot icon at the upper-right corner of the screen and selecting Email.


If you haven't sent them yet, we can troubleshoot your device to clear any cache issues that cause the problem. Here's how:
- Switch the Wi-Fi data connection on your device to 4G (varies by device).
- Close and restart the app.
- Clear the app's data.
