Certain of my customers have different price levels in my outgoing Quickbooks Premier file. We are moving to QB Plus from Wednesday and I need to set price levels for different account customers.
Hos is this done?
In addition, need to set discounts for certain customers and early payment discounts. When I bring up the payment terms drop down, no discount field is available.

Thanks for coming here, Jasminka.
At this time, the Price Rule or Price Level feature is available only in QuickBooks Online Plus for United States.
While the said feature is not yet offered in QBO Australia version, you'll need to change the amounts manually when creating the transactions.

If you are trading merchandise, consider having an inventory maangement app with B2B portal feature to manage multiple pricelists and integrate it with your QBO.
I too would like different price levels and there was talk about having this included a couple of years ago as the US version has had it for a while. One of the reasons I got QBO. I am sure there are many user who would also like this feature so is there any timeline when this option might become available.
Hi there, bizco.

I am not sure company will add this feature in due course. They have acquired an inventory management app as one of their product family recently.

Our company has the same issue while setting up the account in Quickbooks.
Looking forward to your reply.
Thanks.

Hi Lisa2022 new user,
Thanks for joining the thread. At the moment, price level feature is not available in QuickBooks Online Australia yet. We understand that this feature would be a great addition to our product. Having this feature in QuickBooks Online would give it more flexibility and allow it to be more organized. We have passed this information to our Product Team for consideration. You may also submit your valuable feedback by logging into QuickBooks Online and then go to Gear icon and select Feedback.
Feel free to post again if you have any other questions. Have a great day!
