Glad to see you again in QuickBooks Community, @mikeyquick.
This could be a browser-related issue. To isolate this unusual behavior in QuickBooks, let's go ahead and use a private browser first.
Depending on your browser, here's how:
Sign in again to your QuickBooks account to check if the customer's name is visible on your invoice. If it's working fine, you may go back to your regular browser and clear your cache.
There are instances wherein some of the stored data can cause odd behaviors when using QuickBooks. Clearing your cache can get you back to work in no time.
However, if the issue persists, please contact our Online Support to isolate this further. They can access your account in a secure environment and provide other troubleshooting steps using their tools.
Give this a try and let me know how it goes in the comment section. We’re always here to help you. Have a great day!
I have the same problem.
I am using SaaSant service for bulk invoices creation.
Some existing customers name are not shown in 'BILL TO', just address detail.
I have checked with SaaSant that they can not solve this issue, seems Quickbook issue.
Can you tell me what logic behind? and let me know this can be solved or not?
There could be a mapping that you need to check out. We have limited information on the setup since this is mostly done on the app's side. However, we can help you check this out.
I would recommend getting in touch with our Support team. That way, they can start a screen-sharing session to gather more details of the issue. They are available on weekdays during the normal AU business hours.
Let me know if you have other questions in mind.
