Currently the 'review and pay' link from the email when sending an invoice opens a Quickbooks page with an error message 'an unexpected error has occured'.
Our records show that we have an open investigation about clicking Review and Pay for sent invoices, nick14.
Our engineers are currently working to determine the problem and fix it as well. I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online Support Team. We need to ask for your contact information and add you to the list of affected users, this is the code INV-39045. Everyone on that list will be notified via email as soon as the issue is resolved.

Choose the Help menu in the upper-right hand corner of QBO.
Click Contact Us.
Inform them that you're having an error an "unexpected error has occured" by clicking Review and Pay, then click Let's talk.
