This appears to be happening again. Although, they get the message "Server unavailable"
First, it was just when my technicians attempted to open it for clients while onsite using an apple device, gmail app. If they were connected to wifi, it worked. If we copied the URL and sent it to them directly, they could open it. Yesterday, however, I had issues opening it from my desktop as well.
Let's make sure to resolve the issue so you don't have to copy the URL all the time, Alicia.
Normally, when you send out a Payments-enabled invoice to your customer, they should be able to click on the Pay Now link and successfully submit their credit card information.
Let your customer clear their cache and cookies and try submitting the information again. There are times when your browser's cache saves files on your computer to load websites faster on your next visit. However, it also gets outdated over time, which can cause issues. Follow the steps on how to clear the cache:
Secondly, the merchant can manually process a customer payment inside QuickBooks to see if they can bypass the error. You'll want to reach out to our support team if you're still getting the error or if you have any other concerns about your Payments Pay Now link.

The technicians, who were the ones having the issue, did clear out their cache and cookies (we are an IT support company so the technicians are aware of the the common issues and fixes) I will keep checking back to see if any other information arises about this issue.
