How do I fix a super batch error for staff with confirmed Aust Super regulated acc? SUPER.47098977667.GEN.7, Error occurred during request processing, Invalid SourceESA.

I have confirmed that all the affected accounts are regulated accounts, they are not self managed accounts. I have spoken with Australian Super directly (as requested by QBs) and they have advised that the funds  have been received correctly on their end. They have advised it is likely a processing error. I spoke to Beam and they would like to review the error but require QB's to send it to them on my behalf. The QBs rep I corresponded with refused to do this.

Hi aleesha_m-yahoo-,

Thanks for checking with your super fund provider and with Beam with regards to the error you're having when processing a super batch. If the super fund details are correctly entered in QuickBooks Online like the ABN and confirmed with the super fund provider that there are no changes made on their end, I would suggest to please contact our Support Team. That way we'll be able to further investigate on this on a secure environment.
