After completing a course, you can download and print certificates in the Training tab.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Log into your QuickBooks Online Accountant Australia account.
  2. Click ProAdvisor from the left menu. Then, you'll see all the certifications available to you.
  3. Click the Training tab.
  4. If you're looking for a current certification, badge or exam, click Certified and choose  Download Badge or Download Certificate.
  5. If you're looking for a previous certification, click Training & certification history.

I am not able to access the QuickBooks account i took the exam under. Is it possible for QuickBooks to print the certificate for me if i give them the email associated to that account?

Beforehand, may I know why you're unable to access your account? Do you have any challenges opening it? Any information can help us resolve the problem.

 

After you complete the QuickBooks Online (QBO) exam, you can download your certification directly from the platform. It is a straightforward process once you finish the exam. However, if you forgot your user ID or password and can't access your account, use this link to recover it: Recover your Intuit Account if you can't sign in.

 

If your subscription has expired, I suggest contacting our Customer Support Team. They have the necessary tools and capabilities to assist you in accessing your account and printing the certificate. Providing them with the email associated with your account will help expedite the process.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the (?) Help icon.
  2. Select Talk to a Human.
  3. Enter a short description of your concern.
  4. Click on I still need a human.
  5. Tap Contact Us to connect with our live support.
  6. Choose to Get a callback.
