Hi tim43,

If you have an Adblocker or similar extension, this may be preventing you from accessing the Register with Beam page. You can check your extensions in Chrome by selecting the Chrome menu (top right corner, three little dots in a vertical line), then select More tools and Extensions. You will need to review your extensions and if you do use an Adblocker, see if you can allow Beam (you may need to check the adblocker's website for instructions to do so).

It is also recommended you check your cookie settings to be sure you are allowing third party cookies in Chrome. To do so, open a new tab in your browser and copy chrome://settings/content/cookies into the URL, then press Enter. Ensure the first option is set to 'Allow sites to save and read cookie data'. Ensure third option 'block third party cookies' is Off, then restart your browser.

Hi Kass,

Thanks for the prompt and detailed reply.

I don't have an Adblocker or similar extension, but I tried closing the few extension that I do have and restarting Chrome but I have the same issue.

My cookie settings are already as you suggest.

This is quite frustrating. I may have to try and borrow a Mac or search for a different accounting package.

Thanks again, Tim
