Thanks for sharing this with us, I'm going to try help you resolve this issue for you.

 

This message indicates that the ATO has already received the event and that it has been lodged multiple times.

 

This may have occurred because there was an issue processing the response the first time and so an attempt at lodgement was made again.

 

If you are trying to submit an original pay event to make a correction, try submitting it as an update event instead, this should fix the error.

Hello Kristian,

how do I contact my relevant payroll support personnel and quote the pay event ID. As this error did not occur after trying to submit an original pay event to make a correction it was caused after excessive retries.
