This may have occurred because there was an issue processing the response the first time and so an attempt at lodgement was made again.
If you are trying to submit an original pay event to make a correction, try submitting it as an update event instead, this should fix the error.

how do I contact my relevant payroll support personnel and quote the pay event ID. As this error did not occur after trying to submit an original pay event to make a correction it was caused after excessive retries.
