Are you referring to the bank transactions that aren't yet downloaded into your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account? If so, please know that the bank transactions will be sent to QuickBooks the following weeknight after they've been processed by the bank.
If they aren't showing the following weeknight, let's update your bank account manually to refresh the connection. Here's how:
- Sign in to your QBO account.
- Click Banking from the left menu.
- Select the bank account you want to update.
- Choose Update.
If you're still unable to see those entries on your bank feeds, the issue may be on your financial institution's end. You'll want to log in to your bank's website to check for any notifications or alerts related to the issue.
