How can I custom fields on payment receipt on QuickBooks Online?

I can see some fields on payment receipts on QBO. But when I switch to another company ,  could not see some fields like Due Date, Original Amount, Balance, Payment, Amount Credited. How can I see those fields on payment receipts on Quickbooks Online?

How can I custom fields on payment receipt on QuickBooks Online?

It's good to see you here, @gardengift.

The option to add custom fields in QBO is only available in sales forms and purchase orders. With that said, while the option to edit custom fields in payments receipt isn't available yet, I suggest sending feedback directly to our product developers. They're always for ideas to consider on how to improve QuickBooks Online. You can refer to these steps on how to submit feedback:

1. In your QuickBooks Online account, go to the Gear icon.
2. Select "Feedback."
3. Type in your suggestion and click "Next."

How can I custom fields on payment receipt on QuickBooks Online?

Hi gardengift,

Thanks for getting back to us. As per provided above by my colleague, at the moment we're unable to customise the fields in the payment receipt page. I can understand the comparison you've made on the QuickBooks file you've noticed the fields on the payment receipt.

I'd also recommend checking your Custom Form Style to verify the design and template used in your sales forms. Here's how:

  1. Click on the Settings icon.
  2. Click on Custom Form Styles.
  3. Click on Edit on the template name you're using for your sales forms.

Also, for us to better assist you, I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Care Team. That way, one of our support agents can further check your account in a secure form.

Feel free to post again if you need more help. I'll be around to assist you!
