Warm welcome, abdullah. Let me shed some light on downloading company files in QuickBooks Online.
You can download and restore your entire company file with the backup feature. However, this is only exclusive to the QuickBooks Advanced version.
If you're using the Advanced version, here's how you can download or back up your company file:
- Sign in to the QuickBooks Online Advanced company you want to back up as an admin.
- Go to the Gear icon and select Back up company.
- Select Backup from the menu, and click New Manual Backup.
- Select the Company you want to manually backup.
- From the Backup Type dropdown, select Full, Incremental, or Complete
- Select Request Backup.

On the other hand, if you're not using the Advanced version, you can consider upgrading your plan to utilize the functionality.
In the meantime, you can export reports, lists, and other data from your QuickBooks Online and import them to another account.
To export your report or list:
- Hover to the Gear icon and select Export data.
- On the Reports tab, set the date range.
- Add or remove items from the Reports and Lists tabs by turning the switch on or off.
- Select Export to Excel.

You can now log in to your other account and import the exported data.
1. Hover over the Gear icon and select Import Data.
3. Choose the data block to import, then browse for the file.
4. You'll then map the data.
5. Click Next to continue.
