It's great to see you here in the QuickBooks Community, @bill010707.
I can share some insights about connecting your financial institution to online banking.
If you're unable to see the bank you want to connect with after inputting the financial institution's name or link, it's most likely not yet supported by Intuit. Updates to our Online Banking processes like supporting certain banks that are not yet affiliated with us are handled by our engineers. Since they work on this internally, we're unable to provide any further details.
They release official updates based on the number of requests they have for your financial institution. To request support for your bank, follow these steps in your QuickBooks Online account:
As an alternative, you can download transactions from your bank's website manually by uploading them to QuickBooks Online. Follow these steps if your bank can't connect to QuickBooks:
If you're new to QuickBooks, you may not have an account to upload the transactions into. If you don't see one, select Add New ▼ from the dropdown to create a new bank account.
For your reference, see the following links to import your transactions in QuickBooks:

Thank Jan,
It used to work for many years, it just stops from Nov 2021
Thanks for the update, @bill010707.
I'm here to help you connect your credit card to QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Did you receive any specific error message while connecting your 28 Degree Credit card ? That will help me determine the source of the issue.
If an error notice appears, refer to this article for instructions on how to resolve it. Simply click on the relevant error link: What to do if you get a bank error or can't download transactions in QuickBooks Online.
In the meantime, you can manually update your connection if your credit card is connected to QuickBooks.
Here's how:
You can also follow the steps provided by my colleague @Jen_D to manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
Once your transactions are in QuickBooks, it's time to match and categorise them. They will go directly into your accounts after you review them.
Feel free to reply to this thread, in case you have additional queries and I'll get back to you.
It's not working for anyone, there's a few of us in this thread that have also posted about this problem:
Quickbooks seem to be using the URL: https://www.28degreescard.com.au/ .. but 28 Degrees changed the web banking URL to https://28degrees-online.latitudefinancial.com.au/access/login a while ago, so it makes me wonder if Quickbooks need to update their code.
Quickbooks support staff will tell you to upload the transactions manually using the CSV method, but unfortunately 28 Degrees doesn't support exporting transactions to CSV. It's a total pain and I'm now looking at changing credit cards because Quickbooks haven't been able to sort this problem in 6 weeks.
Thanks for joining in this thread, SimbaMcSimba.
I understand you're having issues with the online banking connection in QuickBooks Online. There have been multiple reports received about 28 Degrees Credit card unable to sync transactions in QuickBooks Online. As per our banking engineers, the bank is blocking the integration with QuickBooks Online. Our banking engineers have tried to establish communication with the bank but did not get any response at the moment.
We'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Team to check your bank account connection in QuickBooks Online and raise the situation to our banking engineers in a secure form.
Feel free to post a reply to this thread if you need more help with QuickBooks Online. I'll be around to help you.
This is an issue for us also.
We have had 28Degrees mastercard connected to Quickbooks successfully for over 12 months.
Late 2021 ~ November it suddenly stopped working and we are no longer able to download transactions.
We have tried removing the account and then adding it new - with no success.
Please advise how to resolve.
Andy
