There are a few reasons why transactions are not downloading:
- The bank may have implemented changes to its service offerings.
- There's an update on your bank's information, such as name, account number, login credentials.
- It may be an inactive bank account.
- There may be ongoing maintenance on your bank's website.
We'll manually update the bank account to resolve this. It will restore the connection between your bank and our program. Here's how:
- Click the Gear icon.
- Select Bank accounts.
- Click Refresh all.
Once they're downloaded, you can categorise the transactions.
