If you are seeing multiple instances of a single transaction, then I would like to suggest some steps to clear your browser data, if you are on a Windows browser. Please note, this will log you out of any websites you are logged into.
- Press Ctrl + Shift + Del
- Follow the prompts to clear your browser data
- Try to review the transactions once again
If you try the troubleshooting steps and you still see multiple instances of the same transaction, please contact our support team:
- Log in to QuickBooks Online
- Select Help
- Select Contact Us
- Type in your inquiry and select Let's Talk
