Let's check the trouble shooting steps below to help resolve the loading page encountered when accessing Workforce app. Here's how:
- Access your device and Turn Off Face ID.
- Force close the Workforce App.
- Log in using your Username and Password instead of Face ID.
If the above steps do not work please uninstall/reinstall your Workforce app once more. If the issue persists, kindly contact our Customer Care Team. That way they can escalate a ticket to our engineers and help raise an investigation.
