You can check the employee settings to verify if you've selected the SMS or Email Rostering Notifications for the employee affected. Let me guide you how:
- Log in to QuickBooks Online.
- Click on the Employee's tab.
- Locate the employee name and click on them.
- Click on Pay Run Defaults.
- Scroll down and look for Rostering Notifications.
- Tick box for SMS and make sure you've entered their mobile phone number.
- Click on Save.
The employee should be able to receive the rostering notifications moving forward.
