If you're referring to the verification code when logging in to QuickBooks Online, there are three ways to get it:
- Through text
- Through call
- Email
Once you attempt to log in, you'll have to choose one and it will be sent to you. Though, if you haven't received anything, I suggest contacting QuickBooks Online Customer Care (AU) so an agent can help you with getting a code. Here's how:
- Open this link: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_AU/contact.
- Choose QuickBooks Online.
- On the Contact Us page, choose a topic.
- Click either Get Phone Number, Send Email, or Start a Chat.
If you're referring to a bank pin code so you can securely connect your account to QuickBooks Online, you'll have to reach out to your financial institution. They'll provide you with the information.
