One of my locations isn't showing on my payroll journal. All but 1 is OK.

Cached data might be the reason why your one location didn't show up in your payroll journal. Please know that once the browser's cached files have issues, QuickBooks functionalities may get affected. You can perform some troubleshooting steps to get this fixed.

First, open your QuickBooks Online account in a private or incognito window for testing. Refer to the shortcut keys below for quick navigation:

• Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P

Once logged in, check the locations. If you’re able to see it, get back to your main browser and clear its cache. Doing this helps the program run smoothly. You can also utilize other supported browsers as an alternative.

Let's check the status of your location on your payroll settings. 

1. Go to Employees tab and select Payroll Settings. 
2. Select Locations. 

If the location is not showing on the list, you can click on Import QuickBooks Locations.

I have done all that. It is just not working. Everything looks OK from my end in all settings. It is just not showing up in the payroll journal. The wages for that location are not being assigned to a location in my P&L by location report.
