Once logged in, check the locations. If you’re able to see it, get back to your main browser and clear its cache. Doing this helps the program run smoothly. You can also utilize other supported browsers as an alternative.

Let's check the status of your location on your payroll settings.
If the location is not showing on the list, you can click on Import QuickBooks Locations.

I have done all that. It is just not working. Everything looks OK from my end in all settings. It is just not showing up in the payroll journal. The wages for that location are not being assigned to a location in my P&L by location report.
