Yes, we offer such service so you can set up payroll and tax automation for your business. First, you'll need to turn on payroll in the program. Let me guide you how. 

  1. Go to Employees from the left menu. 
  2. Select Sign up for Keypay
  3. Enter your Business Details, then click Next
  4. Type in your Contact Details, then select Next
  5. Enter your Payroll Details, such as work hours, pay schedule, and industry.
  6. Click Sign Up

Once done, you can now add your employees to the system. Just go to Employees from the left menu and then select Add Employee. For detailed steps, check out this article: Set Up An Employee

 

After that, you can use the Pay Run Automation feature to streamline your payroll processing. This lets the program to automatically run in the background and then select what components of a pay run to be automated. Here's how: 

  1. Go to Employees from the left menu. 
  2. Select Payroll Settings
  3. Click Pay Schedules under Pay Run Settings
  4. Choose the pay schedule you want to automate. 
  5. Select here under Pay Run Automation

For the automation of your payroll taxes, you'll need to enable Single Touch Payroll (STP) within the program. This ensures you're STP compliant. Here's how: 

  1. Go to Employees from the left menu. 
  2. Select Payroll Settings
  3. Click ATO Settings

The timeline and reporting systems available for STP reporting depend on how many employees you have. You can visit the ATO website for more details.

Ultimately I am after a hands free automated payroll including the bank payment, tax and super

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
  2. From the Help menu, click on Contact us.
  3. Enter your concern and select Let's talk.
  4. Choose Get a callback and enter your information.
